  • Thanks. Yeah I read about that. I suppose I should convert them to gibberish first. If it’s a free service I’ll do that. Otherwise im content just deleting them normally (with automated software). I used Redact and something else last night but I think the free version of Redact only lets u delete the last month.

    Interestingasfuck is terrible and there’s one called intrestingasfuck.

    It used to be power mods that were bad and now it’s a combo of humans and bots

  • Thanks. Already started deleting all my posts and comments. It’s gonna take weeks I’ll do like 50 at a time. I downloaded software that makes it like 2 seconds to do 50 posts/comments a day.

  • I think when ur banned once, ur flagged and it’s easy to get banned again. The very first time I was banned it was because of an argument I had with another user. We ended up calling each other names and were both banned. Ok fair. But from then on, I got banned for inciting violence and for hate speech for such minute comments. Like i would’ve been surprised if they simply deleted my comment, let alone ban me for 7 days. Meanwhile half the other comments are much worse than whatever I said. I dealt with the 7 day reprieves fine until today when I practiced “ban-evasion” which was enough to ban me forever. It’s my fault. Bottom line is I shouldn’t have said Asian male prostitutes were cheap. Smh

  • We shall see. My problem is that I never said anything bad. I feel like anywhere else, the things I was banned for would be a non-issue. So far though, I like Lemmy. Seems active and fresh… for now

  • Thanks so much for this!! It’s a lot but It all makes a lot of sense. So to see stuff ani.social is not federated with, I’d need to make another account on a different instance?

    That probably explains why I couldn’t post nsfw content. I think ani.social is not federated with the nsfw instances.

  • I’m already having trouble posting nudes on here lol. I can’t join the nsfw instance and my post won’t submit I think cuz I originally joined a sfw instance. It’s ok. I’ll figure it out
