Not only that, but any hybrid job ties your location within some reasonable distance from physical offices. Sure, I don’t need to commute daily, but I also can’t like 100 miles away from any office.
How about all those businesses who hire illegal immigrants have their owners/executives go to jail? See how many farms, construction companies, restaurants, etc. go under. I would guess that many of these owners are registered R as well.

Want to stop illegal immigration? Impose jail time for all businesses that hire undocumented immigrants. Farms, construction, and so on. Tackle the demand side of things and see it improve.
Note, I am very pro immigration, but the hypocrisy of the right on this topic really pisses me off. Exploit their labor, but have harsh penalties for these immigrants so that they don’t “step out of line”.
I would think in a way it’s like what happens with the music industry. Don’t get me wrong, that industry has its own problems, but for the vast majority of music, I can listen to it on Spotify, YT music, Apple Music, etc. I don’t need to sign up for Sony+ to listen to their artists, etc.

When electoral votes are tallied, and NONE go to a 3rd party candidate, those votes are wasted.

And my point is that those people would be foolish in throwing away their votes. If Trump wins, it’ll be even worse for everyone involved. The only way to make changes in this two party system is to make sure the current extreme right wing Republican Party falls apart, forcing them to the center. This would allow the democrats to shift back to the left as they should be. Having our choices as a literal dictator and a very centrist Democrat are not great choices.
