I see AI, I downvote.

  • No

  • there are many different types of zombies, and since they arent real theres no 'single source of truth'

in the 28 Days Later series they are not undead, they are hyper rabies infected people.

In some series it a magical or spiritual afflicition (hell ran out of room so the dead roam the earth)

In some series its a biological pathogen, so some kind of virus or fungus that takes over the body and is centrally controlling the brain.

  • Thats interesting! And my translation addon says it translates to "Marius"

  • arthur

  • Spotify? the company that ran ICE ads?

  • Both of them did that tho right?

  • And the best method is not just dip and eat, but to hold the cookie in the milk for a bit so it absorbs the milk

  • Yes

  • "guy had an edgy take 13 years ago" doesnt have the same impact huh?

  • PayPal is shit and should be avoided if at all possible. After the whole Honey debacle where they scammed ppl by stealing money from them PayPal should not be used

  • Thats why its only one of a few reasons and not the only reason

  • The biggest giveaways are the weirdly pixelated faces (used to hide obvious AI elements) the awkward pose, the way the plaid pattern on the left side (his right arm, just before the white sleeve) merges together, the lack of any other version of this image existing (which is common for photo shopped images) and that when this is run through AI detection software it is flagged as such.

  • That does happen often, but this is an AI image, not photoshop

  • its just an AI meme anyways

  • I started in basic overnight support centers. Certs are big so getting basic ones in your field can be important, but they arent always easy or cheap to obtain. I started with real basic/low level certs that arent really favored by recruiters but are important for actually learning: Network+ and Server+ as my job was focused on websites and servers at the time. Eventually I moved on to Cloud focused certs for AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud because by that time I was supporting those cloud platforms.

  • But you are simultaneously saying there is little work except remote work and also that delivery jobs are somehow preventing us from leaving our homes, which are not remote jobs at all.

You asked what the 'time city' concept was. You have your answer. You do not seem to understand the goal of it though

  • What?

You can get healthcare, your own job, your education, and leisure delivered to your door?

Think about going to see a doctor, going to the dentist, going to work, sending kids to school or university, and things like parks, museums, public pools, etc. The 15 minute city says in a perfectly designed city you could reach all of these within 15 minutes by walking, riding a bike, or taking public transit.

In my current city Id need to drive for ~20+ minutes to reach my groceries, and even more to reach any medical services or education facilities. And there is no public transit here. If you dont have a car you are screwed.

  • I am not a writer myself, so take this with a grain of salt, but it might be better to just start writing things down in a short framework, even if elements of the story are missing or incomplete. Like you may think about a specific scene/situation so you can jot that down, then you might write something like "there would be a problem that caused X character to be here" just to have a placeholder so later you can come back and replace it with something.

Also consider that studies have shown physical activity can help stimulate your mind. So maybe go for a walk to think about your story or what you want from it

  • Inspiration and motivation can be fleeting in all aspects of life, and so discipline can be more reliable.

Some progress is better than no progress.
