8.3% to be precise. Much better than nothing, but I'd like to see a more significant jump if possible. Even with this decrease it will still be 30cm longer than the 2000 cars.
I've never seen anyone mention it, so I'll say the ending for Kyokai no Kanata (Beyond the Boundary). It's so good, and the way they lead into it at the end of the episode is great. Unfortunately you don't see that part in the linked video.
Recently, the ending for How Raeliana Ended Up in the Duke's Mansion. Again, the way they lead into it every episode is great. And the one episode where they changed the song got me super emotional unexpectedly.
Honorable mention: All of the Eureka Seven OP/EDs. I wouldn't quite say they're underrated, but since the show is almost 20 years old now I'm guessing a lot of people haven't seen them.
Are you interested in books that are based on game series rather than being strictly about gaming? If so you should absolutely read the Halo books, they're fantastic. Start with The Fall of Reach.
Another game series with a great set of books is Battletech/MechWarrior. The lore behind Battletech is crazy deep, I've watched so many YouTube videos about it and have only scratched the surface. I've only read one of the books but I want to get more of them.
At least in Bethesda's case, the bugs are rarely game-breaking. Must of them are just visual or physics bugs which can be amusing. If Starfield releases in a similar state to Skyrim's launch, I'll be happy.
Then again there was that one game-breaking bug on PS3 when your Skyrim save got too big. Hopefully we don't have a repeat of that.
Wow, the OP is gorgeous. The ED is really nice as well, but the OP blew me away. I'm really enjoying the pace of this show, I can't wait to see more of it.
The most interesting part of that article to me is reading that Danny's time in the tire test was only 7 tenths off of Max's pole time. That would have placed him 8th on the grid. For someone that hasn't been in a car this year, that's crazy.
And look at how many attempts a driver can make at a pass before either backing off or succeeding. That alone shows how much better cars are at following.
Before the new regs they really had to make desperate lunges because they would only get 1 chance to make something happen each time they got close.
If you aren't going to watch live, block the community from your feed until you watch. r/formula1 went through this same debate years ago and found that censoring all posts during and after a race stifled the discussion, and it would be the same result here.
Same. I was being careful to slowly scroll so I could see if a post was from c/formula1 (my app shows the community at the top), but then something loaded and my feed jumped, putting this post right in the center of my screen. Oh well.
They really do! I feel like ever since the anime started airing they really increased the translation speed. When I read the series in 2019 only the first 4 were translated and I had to switch to the WN. Seeing where they're at I'll probably reread it all soon.
And volume 23 just came out in English yesterday! Volume 24 comes out in October and vol 25 comes out in December, so you can actually read the full main storyline before the end of the year. Vol 26, Redundancy, is side stories and an epilogue and going by the current release schedule it should come out early next year.
I highly recommend reading the books if anyone is interested in this series. I just rewatched season 1 in anticipation of season 2 and while it was a great adaptation, I found myself explaining a lot of extra details that got skipped to my brother after each episode.
