  • Typical Grandpa

  • Bruh, same team, same fight.

How could they not see how hypocritical that is?

  • Ever Upward to the Middle.

I know for absolutely fucking sure I won't be at the proverbial "top" of society. But since I moved out of my parents house, I've slowly been making my way into a solid middle class, fairly comfortable position. I'm a dad, a husband, a typical working class American and I'm pretty satisfied right now.

So we'll see, I'll keep moving up, but I'm not going to break the middle of anything.

  • And they rightly fucking deserve it.

If you house the fascists and bigots, you become a house of fascists and bigots. It doesn't matter what the individual believes if they continue to give audience to those people. They become indistinguishable from them.

  • Good point, I'm going to have to go through some more tutorials on how Synology's stuff works. I've only just gotten my first NAS

  • I was just putting down whatever popped into my head. I watch like 4 things on repeat, I don't know what's popular right now.

  • No, so I'm just straight up trying to connect to the NAS IP with port 8096, but can't get through to anything.

So where I get to the Synology console through 192.168.x.x:5000, I'm trying 192.168.x.x:8096 and getting nothing.

Edit: Turns out the container was running local port 49154. Need to change that

  • You've never seen Breaking Bad?

    You've never seen The Godfather?

    You've never seen Arrow?

    You've never seen Pulp Fiction?

    You've never seen The Incredibles?

    You've never seen Alien?

You've never seen Game of Thrones?

    You've never seen Stranger Things?

    You've never seen Hook?

    You've never seen Treasure Planet?

    "LEAVE ME ALONE!"

  • That's such a fucking good idea.

proudboys.com seems to be a dead site, so IDK if it's going to be available to buy.

Edit: I've just made the rash decision to purchase theproudboys.org and theproudboys.gay.

I guess I'll figure out the best way to design a resources page for LGBTQ+ folks. I'm not even LGBTQ+, but i figured this could be a good way to subvert those fascist assholes.

  • I've been really enjoying the Proton suite of mail, drive, and VPN. Don't use proton pass because I have to log in to sites from locked-down systems too often, but the aliases tool in Proton Mail is great.

(Not a paid shill, I pay proton because I want to get away from Google)

  • Well it's about time they get the lead out and get the lead out!

  • Fuck, that's so good.

  • Yeah, but you still have work tool measurements in 5/8, 7/32, and 13/64 or whatever the fuck dumbass measurements.

I say this as an American that hates the way tools use measurments here.

  • How does the Jeep Wrangler keep it's value so well? I had to rent one last weekend and it may have been the crappiest car I've ever been in. It only had 26k miles on it, and it was the newer hybrid wrangler, but the materials used were crap, the usability was awful, it was so bulky with barely any real space and it was a terrible ride.

On top of that, they're so expensive. Why does anyone buy jeeps?

  • YARRRP

  • I enjoy a lot of these long-form critiques. I literally spent the whole 4 hours to watch that 4 hour critique of Galactic Star cruiser by Jenny Nicholson.

Not all the long critiques are good, but some of them really are great.

I also watch upwards of 3 hours speedruns of the Fallout series so...

  • It's just to get around Instagram/Facebook/Xitter filters.

  • For a big catering meal, it could possibly be better than paying with a credit card because I often see those without interest.

But most of the time, you're paying it off in 6 weeks anyway so the difference is negligible.

  • Here is a man without any hair. He suggests nothing.
