I’m not seeing any evidence of that. I looked it up and all I could find was that CEO was reinstated. Do you have a link by any chance? If the original dev team is still there I’d want to support them, if not then I’ll just pirate it
John waters. As a young straight kid in a religious household in the south he was the first person that showed me there can be humor that involves lgbtq+ people that isn’t hateful or dismissive, followed by David Sedaris. And strangely enough it was through comedy that I first felt empathy for people I had been indoctrinated to hate. He’s definitely out there and quite honestly a lot of his stuff isn’t to my taste but he’s got some great material
I swear there’s something about pediatrics that attracts some of the least qualified people for psychiatric and therapy roles. Definitely not saying they are all like that but I’ve noticed a theme
I always enjoy seeing old school examples of “wokeness”, and while I’m the farthest thing from patriotic I like seeing the fighting of prejudice framed as a patriotic duty as well
I feel like the article frames this crime in a strange way. It doesn’t sound like it had anything to do with Lucas’ identify, tbqh. I agree that the neighbors are evil, that this is tragic, that Lucas’ name and identity need to be respected, and that here is probably erasure happening here. But this doesn’t sound like a hate crime against Lucas, even if it might have been a hate-related with the intended target (I don’t have enough information to speculate either way). Someone please correct me if I missed something here
