  • This is the world we live in now.

  • What country are you in?

  • I have truth social and I can confirm, he put these out there. No context but seriously wtf?

  • Defund DHS.

  • Funny I literally do this willy nilly. Sometimes sock, sock shoe shoe. Sometimes the other way. Whatever falls to hand.

  • This guy is a POS.

  • Typical authoritarian crap. The country is falling apart, people starving, no power, but somehow they can afford weapons.

  • The article made it sound like they were using recreational diving rules. That doesn't make much sense. How exactly did they plan to decompress? I think it could have been more thorough. I think they were mixing various diving concepts.

Also, plus 1 on the idea of using drones.

  • I'd like a source for that "it's safer than free diving comment." By any measure cave diving is very dangerous. If free diving is statistically more dangerous I would guess those are untrained free divers as well.

  • Ahhh, clean beautiful coal.

  • Yeah, late stage capitalism.

I meant retarded by the way. Can't seem to edit that now.

  • FYI, it's definitely not always 3, but it is generally 3. The most I've personally seen is par 5.

  • Exactly! Something movies get wrong all of the time. Level of clearance is not the gate to access. Yes, you can't get access without the clearance but you have to be given the access afterwards.

Especially at or above top secret, usually involves getting specific clearance, being read into the program and usually some training on how to specifically handle data and hardware.

  • Hmmm, well I've had good experiences getting help from the Linux community but I strongly get the impression they are not willing to accept a lot of criticism of the operating system.

  • I think it could be a bit of both.

I mean independent films don't aire in as many locations so it's a self fulfilling thing to some extent.

I've never really known if it's the chicken or the egg. For example, I like a smaller cell phone. It fits in my pocket and is easier to use with one hand. But... It's also harder to see. Smaller phones are going extinct. Is that because people want larger phones or because companies want us to want larger phones? I have no idea really. All I know is it will be very difficult for me to "vote" for smaller phones with my dollars, if there are literally no smaller phones to choose.

  • It's a water heater that has a mini air conditioner on top. It pulls heat from the garage(or wherever it is located) and puts it into the water. Sounds like a great idea. At least I thought so but as it turns out they are not well built and wind up giving you two chances at having to replace the whole thing; when the compressor portion breaks or when the water heater section breaks. Way more expensive too. Very disappointing.

  • I had to get the policy. Fuckers. Even the insurance salesman was like, "What? Why?" And it's for liability. Like what, it's going to fly off the roof or something?

  • I know right?

  • Oh, I guess I could have been clearer. Just like normal golf, you try to put the disc in the basket in par or less throws, so three. I was throwing four times a lot that day, so not so good. I insulted myself by acting like I simply liked the number four because that's how bad I was throwing. My friend was suggesting that if I wasn't throwing four times to get it in, I was busy throwing six times.

The best jokes are the ones you have to explain.
