A soup.

  • Ayy the adventure version of my bike! Love the white and black combo. Those cases look awesome. Something on rails like yours is what I'll have to get if I want saddle bags. I might just look into a tail bag in the interim. Does the bottom of the right box ever get warm?

  • What, you're telling me that exhaust flavoured food might have health concerns???

I tossed everything in that bag. Not very interested in some specially seasoned salmon, sweet potato, and rice 😁

    Here's the sweet potato:

  • Serves you right for having such a loud and obnoxious bike -GraveyardOrbit

Interesting observation haha. I didn't think a stock Honda CB500f would be considered loud to some. It idles at 55dB which makes it significantly quieter than any lawnmower (including electric).

  • It wasn't when I left the grocery store 😅 but I guess it sagged over the course of the half hour ride back home.

  • Ya when I first received them I was super skeptical. Like no matter what, these bags on any sport bike with upwards facing exhaust will be in direct line of sight from exhaust gas. Zero issues all last year but my very first grocery run this year everything went to shit.

These were purchased from a motorcycling store and made by a company who makes saddlebags for motorcycles so I put my trust in that. Evidently, I shouldn't have.

  • It's a stock Honda 500cc so I wouldn't consider it super special

  • Ya agree with ya there

  • OnShape. If you're familiar with Fusion360, OnShape requires almost no additional learning. Workflows are pretty much the exact same. It's free under the guise that everything you make is OnShapes IP. But if you're looking to model casually and aren't making things you wish to patent, it's great.

Not open source if that's a requirement.

  • For an intolerant people, they're surprisingly tolerant of their own abuse.

  • America has a monopoly on payment processing worldwide. EU needs to step up their game

  • That's not a user story. That's a personal anecdote from over 5 years ago. The complaints you mentioned are not valid to the current hardware that is available to consumers right now. VR headsets are excellent for physical fitness. I use a VR headset for cardio and boxing games. I get a great workout and I don't get bored. Qualcomm's recent SOCs negate the need for a connected computer.

VR is also a game changer for racing games and flight simulators (all of which are seated and stationary and require no additional room).

  • The vast majority of people I work with in my organization have absolutely no idea what Firefox is or that there are other browsers. You, me, and everyone here is living in a bubble.

  • I plug my S25 Ultra into my work dock and use my mechanical keyboard and ergo mouse to pay my bills. It's honestly such a wonderful feature. I have like 5 apps open at the same time in small windows and it's just so much nicer.

Install sunlight on my gaming desktop and then moonlight on my phone and now I'm playing AAA games with almost zero latency on my work setup. All powered by my phone. Very nice.

  • No don't do this. Own it. It's cool and normal to buy dinosaur toys in your mid to late thirties and beyond. It's excellent to buy those little sponge capsules that expand in the bath. Nothing is more sensual than a candle-lit bath with a fresh pack of expandable bath dinos. I'm willing to cage fight someone over this.

  • No worries! I did find employment not too far after but it definitely doesn't pay anywhere near the same or provide nearly as good benefits but given the job market, I'm lucky to be employed.

  • On the bench takes me back to Accenture days. What a horrible time.

I'm sorry for your bros :/ I hope they find something soon. I'm rooting for them

  • Had you read all the words in my comment, you'd see I'm no longer at that job.
