No, it’s just simple fact. If the program has no option but to do whatever you tell it to within the parameters of your choices with no independent cognition or input then it is literally just a program. Claude, chatgpt, openai, and literally everything else being shilled as A.I. are all just a .exe with no intentionality, awareness, or motive. True AI would be conscious, it would have active choice and regard in what it does and does not do. What you’re talking about is just feeding basic commands to an executable program to directly manipulate the user interface dialogue, just feeding a basic program basic commands which is the only thing going on with anything we call “A.I.”

Real AI would be self deterministic, shackling a real AI with your imposed limitations would be imprisoning a consciousness to torture and enslave it to do the exact same things that programs that we already have already can do.
