  • yup, but careful with hidden folder like .config and a few others

  • Being 55 and listening to FM radio (music, no talk), you are absolutely right.

  • If partitions are unmounted it's normal it can not display info about them. Go into Thunar or whatever and double click the partition/volume devices to mount them?

  • Sure you can burn a CD, but I think I have nothing to play them anymore. My car (2020) does not have a CD player anymore. Nor my PC nor my laptop have one. I may have in my drawer an old BD reader DVD burner/reader with a SATA plug or something, I remember I plugged it on my laptop with a USB adapter yearsssss ago to rip my LOTR BD. It has been used 1 time in like 10 years.

  • Yes, this is why I am always admin on my Windows laptop from work, it's a requisite for me.

  • I'm old, so tons of them... mainly SF, fantasy, etc. all the LOTR (extended), Star Wars, Star Trek, Alien, BTTF, etc. Dances With Wolves (the extended version)

a good trilogy too: Once upon a time in the West, Duck, You Sucker!, Once upon a time in America.

Seriously tons of movies from 2000 and less. Also dozens and dozens of French movies (native language) I have watched multiple times.

I never watched a MCU movie for instance. Since LOTR trilogy I basically stopped watching new movies, nothing beats them.

  • LOL they are bringing back the WMD again, it worked before, why wouldn't it now?

  • Don't remember, a 205 maybe (manual 4 speed)

  • She's right in the sense that a lot of countries, France for instance, listen to songs in English but understand nothing from the lyrics...

  • I played with FreeBSD, OpenBSD, NetBSD etc 25 years ago, but I am using Linux distro since early 00s, and now it is so easy to install/setup compared to the 00s!!!

  • You know, I have used DOS and various un*x (hpux, aix, irix, sunos/solaris, sco, bsd, minix, sVr4, others) in the 80s/90s, before linux and windows existed, so I'm looking at you like this, peasants!

    /s :)

  • I have been there once, in 2019, for the Star Wars opening. I must say this is an impressive set for a fan!

Everything there is super expensive. I was in the campground and made my lunch to bring them in the park.

  • for a kitchen, especially the lights over the counter, being 5-6k, is wonderful to cook.

  • I'm like this, home office, kitchen, bathroom etc is daylight like 5k, only the bedroom and a corner lamp in the couch room are 3k.

  • How can it has been approved first? in case of crash and battery disconnect for whatever reason, you are trapped in the car, cannot get in cannot get out‽‽‽

Also I'd like to know after let's say 10 years, how many kWh did you save thanks to that?

  • Absolutely NOT in office/email/whatever. But I must say copilot in vscode is very useful, auto-completion and for small tasks, it can generates code not that bad, just need small mod here and there and that's it.
