"We stood up for what was right" - Colonialism? Jim Crow? Segregation? Tulsa Massacre? Civil rights?? C'mon, man.
"We fought for moral reasons" - The ONLY reasons we we entered WWI was because Germany was beating England. The ONLY reasons we entered WWII was because Japan bombed Pearl Harbor, and Hitler was beating England. All the other wars were against "communism". That's hardly a "moral" reason to go to war.
"We waged wars on poverty, not poor people" - This is the only thing he says that is almost correct, but we didn't win the war on poverty. It was all for show.
"We sacrificed, we cared about our neighbors" - Only if they were white.
"We put our money where our mouths were" - For white people only.
"We never beat our chest" - This one, I just... I just can't even. Really? Really? There are people who believe this?!?

Interesting. On an entirely separate note - when I click the "Show Context" button on a reply in my inbox, it treats it like a permalink instead of showing the previous comments that led to that comment, if you know what I mean? It directs me to that comment instead of its parent.
