Bei mir sind die Mülltonnen offen zugänglich, direkt an der Straße. Weil nirgends Platz wäre um sie wegzuschließen. Das führt dazu dass oft Leute die nicht hier wohnen mit dem Auto ihren Müll abladen. Ich schätze idR Gewerbetreibende die sonst zahlen müssten für die Entsorgung. Letztlich kann das für die Mieter zu höheren Kosten führen, wenn größere Mülltonnen benötigt werden oder die Abholung öfters erfolgen müsste
