So why can't he just put the deeds for a few properties up as bond? Of course he is going to try to weasel out of this shit first, that is his M.O. but is there any reason why that wouldn't work?
There is no "their people" there hasn't been any kind of election since 2006 where Hamas won minority control of Gaza. A year later they cemented control by arresting, killing or expelling opposition politicians. Hamas has always been a militant group not a political party.
The leadership of Hamas doesn't live in Gaza and doesn't care about civilians. As for the Israeli government, Netanyahu seems to prefer hardliners in control as this lets him have an excuse to take a much more hard line approach to use of force in Gaza.
There is no one looking out for or caring about the Palestinian people.
The craziest thing was none of the hardware for Integrity was rated for space, radiation, dust, or mars. The right hardware would have been too heavy. So it basically the guts out of a few year old cellphone strapped to a rotator. Which actually gave it more computing power then all other NASA unmanned missions combined. They genuinely didn't even know if it would survive the trip to Mars.
