I think that the neurotypicals have ability to make these things onto "habits" that then happen automatically for them.As a person that has to remember to every time, and decide everything I do, from what time I get up, to when I drink (and what) to when I shower or even brush my teeth, it is exhausting just maintaining daily hygiene and while I fully understand why I need to do all those things and WANT to do them to maintain myself, none of it comes without considerable forethought and considered decision making.
Frankly it can be exhausting just to exist, let completely alone, progress.
We currently have more than enough production and "wealth" for the entire planet to be a "post scarcity society". The only problem that remains is that we don't treat the people that hoard wealth the same way we treat the people that hoard cats or newspaper.
Trump being the republican candidate is a Constitutional Crisis. The 14th, section 3 CLEARLY states
#Section 3 Disqualification from Holding Office
No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.
So unless trump can get 2/3rds vote in both houses to re-qualify him, he is ineligible to hold any sworn office in the United States Of America.
The Constitution is not the bible. The right wing does not get to simply ignore the parts it dosen't like.
If you had a tech union it would need to contain a significant portion of 8% (26,000,000) of the US population.
Sounds like it's time to start organizing the people that can actually do the work, as little as 10% of those people unionizing will improve the situation of EVERYONE that does tech work.
It works because a company far too transparently pretends that "contractors" aren't employees. I also helps to prove to be BS when the "company being contracted to" sets the rules of employment and decides who is a suitable "contractor" and who is not.
