Russia plans to ban civil aviation flights over central regions
From June, Russia will restrict private aviation flights over central regions of the country at altitudes of up to 5,100 metres.
When all of your actually competent and educated air defense crews are long ago killed from being deployed foolishly and carelessly, this is what you have to do...shut down your domestic airspace completely so that clueless air defense operators can just fire missiles blindly whenever they see a radar signature.
