does russia really have white supremacy propaganda campaigns or is it just eastern european states being themselves

in post socialist states theres this ongoing narrative that russia is trying to spread white supremacist/far right propaganda to destroy their democracy but i dont think thats true

for some reason europeans think they cant have stupid ideology on their own. they think that theyre democratic by nature so it has to be slavic orcs trying to get to them.
